My fitness journey began at the age of 4 years old when my Mum took me to gymnastics. From then on, sport became a way of life and I trained hard to achieve my goals. I have performed at different levels from County through to International in individual and team sports. Alongside training I decided that I wanted to help others achieve their goals and so, from the age of 14 I began coaching others.
Since then, I have gained my Personal Training Diploma, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Circuits Instructor Certificate, In-house (Total Fitness) Aqua and Spinning qualifications, Gymnastics Club Coach and Pre-School Gymnastics Club Coach. I have recently completed a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Course to allow me to help women maintain a healthy fitness routine with informed assistance on safe exercises during pregnancy.
My passion is helping people to train safely and effectively to reach their goals. Health and fitness can become a part of your life – it can help to increase confidence and provide you with more energy to perform your every day tasks. I want to create a community of clients that can help each other when struggling for motivation and share ideas and hints for all aspects of lifestyle from food to favourite training methods, active days out and family life.
